Step 1- Runescape.com
Step2- click the "forums" tab
Step 3- top right hand corner, hit login[login with ur acc info]
Step4- scroll down and hit "oldschool clan's"
Step 5- near the top, there should be a spot u can input numbers it says "jump to thread"
INPUT THESE NUMBERS [ 320-321-657-65584409 ]
step 6- reply to that thread on the bottom and type "bump"
that will bump the thread to the top of the list so people can see it.

you can do this once every 30 minutes, or once a day, either 1 helps.
